As We Become A Living Sacrifice!

                                                As We Become A Living Sacrifice! 

(Romans 12:2) “And be ye not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed  by the renewing of our mind, that you may prove what is that good , and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” 

Conformed – in Greek (4964) don’t pattern you’re your self after the world.

Transformed – (3339) change lit. or fig. ( metamorphose) – to change completely in appearance or character. Frog to tadpole or caterpillar to a butterfly.

Renewing – (342) renewing -renovation 

Mind – (3563) mind (divine or human in thought, in feeling , or will) meaning your mind or understanding

Good – (18) God

Acceptable –(2101) fully agreeable: well pleasing

Perfect (5046) complete in various application of labor, growth, mental and moral character, etc.

Will – (2307) choice ( spec. decree) desire, pleasure, will

            Those of us who have had children can remember the dedication it took to raise them. You gave them  your time, money, heart, love and yourself. You may have even gave them too much of some things! You did this to help them to grow up to be a strong man or women of God. You even probably tried to do for them the things that were not done for you and buy them things you could not have.

            This is what God did: but more He gave up His only Son to die on the Cross. And Jesus died on the Cross freely. We should do the same for God. We should die to our own desires and want the Lord’s will for our lives. We should not have our nature but we should have the nature of Christ. When our old nature dies out we will become like Him! We will begin to produce the 9 fruits of the Spirit!

 (Galatians 5:22,23) “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
